shes active enough and her moods are fine shes just the same apart fron this loss of appetite and she takes ages to eat it..she has always been a slow eater so thats nothing new but this is so slow half the time it goes cold then even i wouldnt want to eat it..any suggestions or do you think i should get her checked out..
Chest tightness and tension can definitely be symptoms of anxiety and as long as there is no pain associated with them, not much to worry about. If it is constant I would bring it to the attention of my doctor. You say you're also experiencing chest congestion and a dry cough and those are NOT symptoms of anxiety and I would strongly suggest you see your doctor about that.

Anxiety can cause a loss of appetite, but when you actually begin to lose weight and must force yourself to eat, it's time to see your doctor. Which you will be doing tomorrow and can discuss all your concerns with him at that time.
You didn't mention if you were on any medication for your anxiety, but some of the benzos and AD's out there do cause loss of appetite and weight. If you ARE on meds, a simple change may be all that is required to fix this.
Lack of appetite is normal. I had on and off with both of my pregnancies. Just eat small snacks throughout the day. Also if your Dr is not concerned about how big you are you likely don't have a problem.
