A week and a half ago I had stomach flu for almost a week! Then I became constipated and now I have a cold... I can't catch a break this pregnancy! Home remedies for a cough? Stuffy nose? Achey body? Ughh I just want to enjoy my pregnancy but every week seems to be something new...

I had a really bad cold and cough a few weeks ago. The one home remedy that really helped was 1/2 lime squeezed into a cup, add honey and eat with a spoon. Helped alot!

Nettie pot/saline sprsy and drink a cold remedy hot tea. Most stores sell them! And drink ALOT of water.

I'm so sick of coughing and hacking to no end! The cough syrup I'm using isn't working, nor are the cough drops, chloraseptic spray, gargling salt water, vicks vapor rub....ect ect. I been having a cold for 2 weeks now! I am very tired of my ears being clogged!! I am losing sleep and the meds the doc prescribed are not unplugging my ears and I have been using a humidifier too. What r ur home remedies for unclogging ears??

Hi there, well done on day 2 !!! If you buy some Vick's Vapour Rub, you can smear it on your legs and massage it into your feet and put socks on. I heard this remedy from a heavily pregnant lady who said this was the only thing that worked for her. She went through many months of trial and error finding nothing worked or gave her sleep. Then she tried the vick's and said within 15 mins her legs stopped hurting and she went strait to sleep.

I smell smoke at home, office, in the car etc. Sometimes I wake up at night cause I feel suffocated and open the windows although no one in my family smells anything (no smokers).
