I know the feeling. It's very irritating. Something similar happened to me. I had an outbreak of an very itchy rash on my forearms,wrists, stomach, and legs, and some places on my back. I don't know where it came from. I thought it could have been from New detergents or coming into contact with poison oak, but that wasn't the case. No matter what remedy I tried, it did not worth.
I am glad I was able to find a free blog. I need some advice. I am starting to worry about my body acne. I don't have body acne when I was in my hometown until I went abroad. I had a couple of unsafe sex but I never been too active on it. I started to observe that I'm getting body acne specially on my chest, back and arms. I started using antibiotic cream to stop the spread of body acne. But still, it is still evident.I'm getting body acne.

No cortisone cream is for like itchy irritated skin. It helps sooth and heal it. My I do use apricot scrub for my acne it helps. And put a good lotion on after. If you have acne all over your body you could buy a bar soap that has benzoyl peroxide in it. And wash you body with it. It kind of dries your skin out so you want to make sure you have some good lotion.

i am a 26 yr old male. i have a moderately itchy scalp that gets oily by the end of the day & have occasional acne on the scalp. also i have significant hair loss due to it.Recently, i have noticed more frequent occurrence of acne on my face & rarely on my chest & back. i wash my hair everyday with a mild shampoo to remove the oiliness. it just doesn't seem to help. i somehow feel the itchy scalp, acne & facial acne are related.
About a year ago, I developed a RASH on my chest that is similar looking to acne in that it has red spots with tiny, very superficial white heads. Since this was the first rash breakout I mistook it for acne and used an acne spot treatment (benzyl peroxide 2.5%) The next morning my skin was itchy and extremely irritated, and I realized it was a rash and not pimples and the benzyl peroxide irritated it a lot. I then used calamine and benedryl topical lotion with little results.
I have been suffering from a peculiar rash on my upper chest for about a year and a half.
Initially i thought it was acne (as i had suffered from this on my face), however it looks more like a rash, almost like hives in apperance, and does not respond to acne medication.
It is made up of several red bumps about 1mm in length.
They occur prodominatly on my chest. I went to the doctor when i first got this problem and was prescribed some antibiotics and some aqeous cream.
I have an itchy acne like rash on my chest. The rash is made up of acne like sores on the hair follicles, but unlike acne, they itch, and they are generally small without an acne like whitehead. When squezzed there is only a little puss and blood. The rash is generally confined to one small area, although it seems to have spread a bit lately. I first tried treating it by cleansing the area and putting some mild cortisone cream on it.
I always assumed the little bumps on my back was acne however, I now have a few on my chest and my back gets a little itchy now whereas before it didn’t. My back is a bit oily to the touch. I googled causes and all these frightening things popped up, bed bugs, scabies etc.

Is it normal to have breakouts every day? I'm 31 weeks today and I have had acne all over my chest, shoulders arms and lower jaw. Also is there a safe way to treat while pregnant? I'm so aggravated with the itchy skin and scarring left from the old bumps. It's not cute at all.
Hello. Every year during the cold season I seem to get little red acne like spots on my chest and thighs. I don't think it's acne and maybe thought it was folliculitis because most of the bumps on my thighs occur where there's hair. However on my chest I don't have much hair at all and get the same thing. It doesn't go away very quickly, but seems to fade after a few months every time.
I have also started noticing that my body is itchy all over and the painful red bumps have spread to my chest and ive started getting what almost look like spider bites on my legs (which could be the same thing, but they are just bigger on my thighs). Also, when I get out of the shower my skin is particularly itchy and a red blotchy rash appears and then clears up after about 10 minutes.
it makes me not want to wear any tank tops anymore. I have never had back acne or back pimples or chest pimples, well maybe a weird chest pimple hear or there but never acne. I need help, I want to know what this is because it's ugly & it really bothers me. I thought at first that these goosebumps like things were just sweat bumps but now they're on my back & they're bigger.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to folliculitis, acne of the chest or polymorphous light eruption. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.
I had a problem like this, mine got soo bad it was itchy and it was just tiny little white head looking dots from forehead to chest and down my whole back and shoulders.. doctor said it was due to my body adjusting to my hormones, and it was actually not acne at all. She advised me to change the soaps and laundry detergent i was using. I now just use j&j head to toe baby wash and conditioner in the shower and i just rinse in the hot water.. my skin is clear again..
At the Time it was face and neck.the worst I ever saw or had. Then it started on chest and back but little itchy ones. I will be 32 weeks tomorrow and my main issue now is oily skin. It has been an issue since first tri, but it sometimes comes with a few pimples. Also have a rash that's just stuck around since third tri. I tried using belli acne wash it's the only wash that my face will take. I don't know why. And I it's preggo safe.
I gave and received oral sex. months after I started to experience strange body skin issues. first off I have a reoccurance of jock itch that pops up here and there. could be just irritation I guess, also in groin area I get small red marks where the hair comes into the skin, usually goes away fairly quickly. nothing comes out of it just little firm and hurts a tad when messed with.

Half way through I applied sunscreen . In less than two days after this hike, I developed itchy skin and then a rash on my chest area, one of the places where I had applied the sunscreen. The only place I get this is usually in exposed areas that are not covered by clothing, typically my face and now my chest. Over night the rash turned into very tiny acne like bumps, and within hours those bumps developed even smaller heads on them.
i have been to several doctors and have been treated for everything under the sun. They have no idea what it is but now saying acne.. It is not acne.
It could be acne cysts, but I don't have a picture or a way of feeling them. I get acne cysts on my shoulders and upper back/neck area a few days before my cycle. Some stay there for about a month and some go away after a week.
Are they sometimes itchy or painful? If you press on them, do they hurt or does the skin around the area change color if you mess with one too much? Look up acne cysts to see if this is what you have.
After 1 week of use i noticed my face was muchmore red and scaly dry worse than before and developed red itchy rash on neck and chest went back to derm took me off metro cream said i have folliculitis and prescribed me clindamycin. Aftter my research online i noticed antifungal creams are for folliculitis not acne medication was i given the wrong medication?
I have problematic shin and before getting pregnant I pretty much had it under control. Now in the 3rd trimester I'm blowing up with acne and itchy skin all over and my usual skin clearing tricks aren't working. I'm hoping it's like all other prego stuff and it will subside in the weeks following birth.
