It is interesting that your level of activity seems quite high and you appear to have minimal medical risk factors for CAD including no hypertension, borderline glucose intolerance with A1C 6.1 and relatively good lipid profile aside from the borderline HDL.

Will this be good enough in the long run? I tend to worry about it too much because of the problems my parents had but I think my numbers are good. BP runs about 115/65 on average and my total cholesterol is about 100, HDL 45. My glucose is about 85 so hopefully this will keep me out of trouble.

I don't smoke and don't have hypertension byt heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure all run in my family. I have had migraines for 25 years and lately have been extremely hard to control. I am going to a headache clinic in Tampa for a week to go th rough a migraine treatment program to see if it will help. It has to my job depends on it.
