cat throwing up green stuff

For the past two days she has been throwing up this green looking stuff. It almost looks like foam or bubbles. This morning she did something I have never seen her do. She got up and started making this sound like crying and she started to drag her bottom across the floor but her bottom was not all the way on the floor. She was acting like something was after or on her. Then thats when she stopped and started throwing up but this time it was more watery and clear but had the blood in with it.

My dog is 12 yrs old Australian Shellie cocker spaniel mix she is throwing up a lot of green bile and her back legs are not as strong she can't walk up the stairs without help she is not eating but will drink

He begs for food all the time and we cannot leave food out on the counter as he is (dumpster diving) here in the kitchen. I am very concerned about the throwing up. Do you think this will end eventually?

Hello, My cat has been throwing up a brown very watery liquid for the past few days. He will go maybe a whole day and not throw up at all but then overnight we find that he's thrown up 4 or 5 times. He still drinks his water and eats his food and seems his normal self but i'm worried there might be something else wrong. Oh, this morning in his vomit was a lot of little white pecks maybe a little larger than grains of salt or sugar. Thnx any help would be appreciated.

There nothing on your stomach soooo you are throwing up your insides. Put something in your belly thats not good @ all;acid in ur stomach has nothing to eat on! Good Luck wish you the best!

This has been going on for a long time. Every time I've taken her to the vet I've mentioned it. There's a million reasons why she could be throwing up, I'm told. She could just have a nervous stomach, eating too fast, isn't tolerating food well or it could be a medical reason. They ran all kinds of expensive tests on her before doing her surgery a couple of months ago and everything came back fine, including diabetes, kidneys looked fine, etc.

My 2 year old cat has been throwing up about once a day for the past week. Other than throwing up, she acts normally, she is eating and drinking normally. I'm 22 years old and a smoker (not sure if that matters) but for awhile now (a year or so) i will throw up what I'm guessing is bile. it is lime green in color and comes out very "watery" and "mucus" like. It happens right when i wake up and take a shower. after i brush my teeth i get extremely nauseous and throw this "substance" up, it last all of about 10 min. I feel fine before and after.

And I drink water but it comes right back up too and then I puke yellow and green ish fluid.

Misha was put on antibiotics about a month ago for sneezing. She started throwing up then so I figured it was the antibiotics. I finished them up and it did seem to help the sneezing. However, she's still throwing up on a daily basis. Now I did mix a generic brand of cat food with her regular brand awhile back but it was after carefully reading the ingredients and seeing that they were the exact same ingredients so I mixed them half and half with her regular food. I did this once before.

I have tried reflux medicine and I take Prilosec everyday which helps with the acid, but not with the throwing up. I have gone to an endocrinologist who did many different cat scans and nuclear medicine scans and eventually she said they found an object which turned out to be stool because I was severely constipated and I had not gone to the bathroom in three weeks. I also have been to the emergency room a couple of times to get fluids because I am dehydrated.

I have an 8 year old male cat who started throwing up yellow bile on Saturday. I got him to drink a little tuna juice and he acted like he wanted to eat dry food but only ate one piece and that was after several times of picking it up and putting it back down. All test results from the vet came back normal. No bacteria. He did have blood in his stool. But no infection. No temp, and barely dehydrated. I wouldn't stress about it yet. Does Oliver seem fine other than the throwing up? Cats will sometimes throw up 2 or 3 times a week-many times it's a hairball. They sell hairball remedies everywhere. Or, petroleum jelly(that's the main ingredient in these remedies). If you give him petroleum jelly-human formula-make sure that you read the ingredients. You ONLY want it to say petroleum or petrolatum. If it has any other ingredient do not use it.

my 6 year old is throwing up (sometime projectile) and complains of pain in his stomach for 4 days. Eating BRAT diet but still throws up. No food particles coming up - only fluid that is green and cloudy. Once he throws up, he is fine. Have him on 15 mg. Lansoprazole. No fever, stool is normal (no diarhea).

My cat occasionally would eat too much or not chew her food well enough and then she would throw up. Just occasionally though. But recently she started (she's done it twice now) throwing up and throwing up and throwing up. I mean it'll be food at first and then after a while it's just liquid. you can talk to us on here heaarrtt. You are definately not alone! Your sister obviously doesn't understand, is she anorexic perhaps, or maybe she has other problems making her be mean to you? If she is anorexic (or bulimic, or both), it's actually a kind of mental illness and she won't be rational towards you. Don't let any unkind things she might say get to you Whenever anyone is being unkind, it's because they are unhappy themselves, it's never about you.

We even started pulling his food up because we thought part of his throwing up problem was from eating too much/too fast...that didn't help. When we would find a great food for him the throwing up would lessen but it never stopped. It was just horrible to watch this beautiful, healthy cat looking at me for help because one second he was asking for treats and the next he was throwing up blood and dying...makes me cry just reliving it over again....I miss him....throwing up and all.

The past 2 days her appetite has gone down and today she began throwing up a bit this morning but only her food that she ate. Other than that she seems fine, running around, attacking my older cat :)...She was pretty crazy (her normal self) for the first few days after surgery despite our best efforts to "keep her calm" and "no running, jumping etc" She has definitely slowed down in the past 2 days but isn't "acting sick" other than the vomiting.
