Then, try mixing up your exercise. Do something different, don't let your body know or get used to your routine
. Try aerobics, Richard Simmons, walking (great way to build stamina), biking, swimming, stair steps, pilates (builds core) .. just anything that lets you MOVE. Start someplace and do what you can .. do not overdo this. Build a little day by day .. even just 30 seconds more than the day before.
I have approximately 50 pounds remaining on my journey.
