Had 3 oz. orange juice and two coffees with a dollop of 1% milk. Last week I had the most amazing healthy and low calorie breakfast where you mix milk, oatmeal, sliced almonds, a wee bit of maple syrup and brown sugar and cinnamon and bake it. It tastes sinful. As soon as I find my cookbook that it came from I'll post it on healthy cooking forum.

Thinking about having another couple of hot dogs with baked beans right now to hold me over until dinner time. And it is only 3PM. At this rate I'll weigh 500 pounds by the end of the week.

And drinking milk with most meals. I figure that gives me a good dose of Vit E, C, D, Folic, etc.
