I almost forgot to mention that while in high school i never use to drink tea in the mornings, nor did i eat lunch. this trend also continued while at university which i just completed, but less frequent as in high school. Could this irregular eating and eating of one meal -dinner 'a lump some' be a major contributory to my problem?
Avatar f tn Like HJohnson421 said, try wearing just cotton pants and start incorporating yogurt in your daily meal. Used to suffer from yeast infection 7 years ago all the time but, since i started eating natural or plain greek yogurt daily with my cereal or quaker oats its disappeared.

Avatar n tn You should have carbohydrates for instant energy and as you are a teenager you need carbohydrates for day to day activities like going to school etc. You major portion of the meal should be proteins and that you are already consuming. The fruits and vegetables would provide enough vitamins and minerals.

(ie: many beers are made from wheat, barley, corn, or rice...typically high in carbohydrates. Avatar n tn Try nuts, peanut butter, almond butter, whole fruit (eaten with meals or with whole grain bread and cheese), Quaker Breakfast Cookies (Oatmeal w/choclate chips or raisins in the breakfast aisle), Quaker Simply Harvest Instant Multigrain Hot Cereal (several flavors, I love the vanilla, almond and honey). Enterex Glucose Control nutrition drinks are more costly, but are good and have decent numbers on the label. Kind brand of all natural bars are more expensive than some, but are very good.
