Carbohydrates seem to be the main issue (breads, refined and whole grain, juice, any sort of candy or high-sugar item, etc). I have few problems if I eat only protein and a few vegetables. I have had a colonscopy, CT scan, and numerous blood tests and all have come back normal (including celiac test).

I also taking allupurinol for my Gout (which rarely have problems) but stopped taking it due to sudden body itch all over. After 6 weeks I had stopped taking Allupurinol my body, arms, underarms are itchy and skin feels blotchy. Am I having this problem due to be a predibetic? What can I do?..

You have to do cardio, a minimum of 30 minutes a day and you don't have to do it all at one time! You can do 10 minutes 3 times a day if you like. You should talk to that person and let him or her show you what, how and when they did it. Anyone who has a positive result about something should be proud to tell the whole world. You say avoid carbohydrates, but all vegetables are carbohydrates, so are you saying don't eat any foods rich in antioxidants? Cayenne pepper, for those who are used to it in their cultures, actually helps to heal the mucosal lining of the stomach. Sesame seeds? Really? Onions?

What i do is run in the mornings, about 1 or 2 miles, make sum eggs, do the workouts they give here, then later on in the day go outside for a walk for an hour. On top off that just eat healthy and trust me ul see the weight come off. Within 5 days i lost 7 lbs but that's just cuz it was the very start. After that ul lose it gradually.
