Apple slices with peanut butter might be a good snack; apple with an ounce of cheese; cottage cheese with tomato slices; 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds; 3 ounces of grilled chicken; half an avacado with a couple of wheat crackers. We store fats and carbs, but not protein. You want to have plenty of protein, but don't for get the good fats and whole grain carbs to aid in satiety.

Avatar n tn For the past 2 years I have been having some gastro problems I cant seem to get rid off. I get gas whenever I eat anything high in carbohydrates. I cant eat and apple without getting gas. It always has a putrid odor. I wake up every morning with a stuffed nose and a white coating on my tongue. On days when I eat nothing or no carbohydrates at all, I wake with a clear nasal passage and very little if any gas at all. Unfortunately this isnt a viable or healthy way to live.

Avatar m tn I know this sounds gross, but try drinking some apple cider vinager once a day. I had the same problem that u have. What u have is high ph levels and high ammonia levels. I had a nurse tell me about the applecider vinager. Also try wearing painty liners that r deorderant type. Hope this helps you.

You should talk to that person and let him or her show you what, how and when they did it. Anyone who has a positive result about something should be proud to tell the whole world. Avatar n tn Ginger tea helps with digestion. Chewing food really really well helps. Having an antiemetic (maxolon if prescribed) half hour prior to dinner helps a person be more able to eat. If able have some natural juices, carrot, apple celery, ginger, beetroot is a nice mix and it will give a boost of energy and get the bowels going. Combining food appropriatly also helps digestion and reduce post eating bloating. Dont mix meat with carbohydrates; vegetarian proteins & carbos are less blaoting.

This will help keep your sugar levels stable and keep from putting a demand on your pancreas from binging because you skip meals or go long periods between eating.
