are carbs, whereas beef is very high
in fat on purpose and hard to digest despite being high
in protein and so is never weight-loss food. In general, nuts, beans, animal food, and seeds are examples of high protein foods, while most of the rest is carbohydrate. In both categories you'll find fats, which come in good healthy ones and other not so healthy ones.
