3 small meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and 3 snacks in between (one of those being a bed time snack) I started looking at the sugar content too but the dietician told me what matter is the total
carbohydrates!!! For snack time you do not want to exceed over 30 grams of
carbohydrates. Stay away from cereal, milk, and fruit in the morning. Eat lots of veggies and proteins. No juice, pop, sugary coffees, etc...
