Avoiding sweets, junk foods, fruit juices and drinks (eat the fruit instead), and soft drinks most of the time (though occasionally is still ok). When you eat foods eat until you are satisfied and no longer hungry, but stop before you feel stuffed or overfull. Indoor exercises can also be done fairly easily. Jumping rope is a very easy exercise to do indoors.

But yes, quinine if present can cause allergic reactions.You should consult an allergy specialist and get yourself tested for allergies to ingredients of colas so that you can avoid them in other food stuffs too.
