cardio by walking about 20 mins/ time, 2 times/week
Normally, I ate 2-3 meals/ day, but now separate it to 5-6
meals /day. I Eat more food, protein 2 times and
carbohydrate 2-4 times per weight 1 kg, trying to avoid fat, maintain calories level about 1900.
I gained weight 1kg/week so now, my weight is 58 kg.
I just checked body composition analyzer and found that my Visceral Fat=7, that is the problem.
1. Im not sure Visceral Fat=7 is it ok or not.
