I keep a bowl of sliced radishes, celery, carrots, etc sitting on the
counter most of the time, so whenever I walk by, I can grab a few slices to munch on. This keeps me from being so hungry at meal time. I also keep a large tumbler of iced lemon water on the counter and I sit at that whenever I walk by, as well. Drinking water keeps me hydrated and helps keep me fuller.
And of course, there's always exercise.
