I get that dry cough too.
I don't take an ACE inhibitor though, I don't think. Just Lopressor, Dyazide/Maxzide, Lipitor and aspirin for the heart issues.
For me it started a couple of years ago one summer after pushing myself too hard. I start coughing out of the blue to the point of either just about passing out or vomiting mucus. Urgg My chest hurts and feels sunken in, pounds very hard and quivers sort of and then I'm fine till it happens again.

I am kuldip 54 male presently living in Calgary, back home fr HP, Feeling very tired,down,confused,pains,sleep problem in night, sleepy in day, swelling on both knees big balls like stuff, pain on both elbows. Headache both frontal, pain in centre of head. Having sever obs, sleep apnea could not use CPAP for last three years. Testicles goes small-hypodense,mottled texture alloover.Parotid u/s shows generous reactive lymph nodes.
Has anyone any experience with developing widespead multiple chemical sensitivity and allergic reactions to all kinds of foods and unknown allergens involving swelling of the tongue and respiratory distress following a medication for high blood pressure? This is a senior citizen who is in otherwise very good health but is losing so much weight because she cannot eat anything and this is baffling doctors.
Personally, I take valsartan, but my friends have experienced similar success (or better) with candesartan, telmisartan, losartan (although this drug is surmountable and thus theoretically not the best one to take), irbesartan, and, for ACE inhibitors, perindopril.

Studies have indeed show that high blood glucose may predispose to cancer and cancer cells primarily run on glucose. Views on this are diverse and while further studies may need to be done, it is still up to the patient to take this. Westernized approach of cancer has involved chemotherapy and medications while eastern medicine have been employing dietary approach in management of diseases for a long time. I could be mistaken - but I have looked the evidence over and talked with people here and the theory of RAI and cancer you talk about is reversed. I as an RAI patients back in 2003 was recently informed by an ENT that people that do have RAI - that develop nodules are at a higher risk on the nodule being carcimona. That is not very enlightening for me b/c they found I do have a solid nodule now.

I think it would be best to google and get informed about sugar's effect upon cancer--as there are numerous and valid studies that are contrary to the doctor's response, here. my oncologist agrees that cancer indeed likes sugar and thrives on it. sugar also suppresses the immune system..
there are so many varied opinions--and each is subjective. you must go within to find the answer that is right for YOU--it's your body, your life.
She refused, and saw another doctor who helped with treatments while pregnant. She got rid of the cancer and gave birth to my cousin! Today, my cousin is 18 years old and perfectly healthy! And technology has changed a lot since then! Hopefully your friend has just as good of doctors...so sorry she is going through this, I wish her the best! My family immediately went into action because, unknown to me, ovarian cancer runs in my family. I have a great-aunt who died on my mothers side and every other female since has had hysterectomies after pre-cancerous cells, tumors and solid cysts were found.
