usually, you get taught how to breathe during a panic/anxiety when the asthma happens. inhalers and steroids
can make
you nervous and jittery.. have you tried holding a pillow on a table, bending your stomach over to hold on to it, and doing big, long inhales through "pursed" lips, o shape mouth with long, slow release of exhaled breath about 3 or 4 times or used an incentive spirometer to get you started on it? Usually best after you use your inhaler medication?
