Just before leaving for the hospital I realized I had stopped bleeding, but still went just be on the safe side. At the hospital, they took my blood work and did an ultrasound. Yes, no cramping or bleeding is a good sign and although it's true you can mc without bleeding, there's still hope. Doctors do say things that don't always really happen, let's just hope that this is one of them and that your baby makes it through!

If the cramps are severe you may need to visit the er.(could be a bad uti or ectopic pregnancy) If they are not you may be dehydrated. Drink some water and lay down and see if that helps. If not drink some more water, take a Tylenol, and a warm bath. Some cramping in early pregnancy is normal, if it is severe, you should be seen. Good luck hope you feel better.

(before you started bleeding) I hate to say this but if you were pregnant the weird period could maybe be a miscarriage. when I miscarried the bleeding lasted two weeks. it was not very heavy, it just lasted a long time. sorry I couldn't be more help.

I would call your doctor. Severe bleeding during first trimester can turn out to be nothing but you want to rule out ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. That's why they say to wait 2 weeks just to make sure as you shouldn't be bleeding for longer than 2 weeks. It is possible. i had miscarriage and got pregnant straight after. my test showed positive 5 weeks after. please go get checked by Dr though to confirm cause i would hate for u to get ur hopes up.

Like Carly1306 said, some people experience bleeding/spotting during pregnancy which can be confused with a period but if there's a lot of blood and you're pregnant, then you probably experienced a miscarriage. Have you taken a test? Or been to the doctor? That's the only way to be sure.

Honestly you could get your period early or late by 2 days sometimes 3 but if your bleeding like a regular period not likely pregnant or really early miscarriage but very little bleeding then it stops is usually normal for pregnancy that's what happen to me but I would get go to a doc and get checked out

Its hard to say, it could be either, our bodies can take a while to recover from a miscarriage and ca take a couple of months for our cycles to get back to normal. However it is very common to become pregnant straight after a m/c without having a period (this has happened to me) and for the pregnancy to go well. Sorry I'm not much help but maybe wait til the day your period is due or the day after and if no period take a test.
