I have heard that you can use human dandruff shampoo on them

i am 21 yr old boy, in the center-back of my scalp there are small non itchy white bumps, seems like layers of dandruff , when i harshly comb at tht part then a lot of dandruff gets created, i use zpto and ketoconazole shampoo but these non itchy bumps remain.

Ketocanazole shampoo is for fungal issues of the scalp. https://www.healthline.com/health/ketoconazole-shampoos While it helps many people that have flaking of the scalp, it also can cause skin irritation for some. Did a doctor recommend it? A dermatologist is good to talk to about issues related to one's scalp and direction on how to treat it. You may be allergic to ketocanazole shampoo as severe itching is a sign of that.

There is still a little eczema on and around my eye, but I can live with it (though I hate it.) I have good days and bad days. The worst part right now is that I got eczema on the back of my neck, but the Elidel isn't helping! Oh, I also take Omega-3 Fatty Acids (odorless!) and it also helps.

I must have tried 10 different shampoos with no avail. I now use no hair products except shampoo(what else can you do have to wash my hair) After 2 years it has to be my hair. I have developed seborrhea on my scalp, and the coal tar shampoo has not helped. I am limited in products that I can use because my Celiac Disease causes me to react to topical products that contain gluten, which is in most products for dandruff shampoo. Whenever i scratch or brush my hair white flaky particles fall off and there are white patches on some areas of my head. In the mornings i notice there are sought of moulded particles on head and hair line which i have to choice but to scratch off, the result is a painful sensation all over my head. t seem to have made much of a dent in the dandruff. Like I said, the dandruff is minimal on some days and heavier on other days with seemingly no rhyme or reason. I've tried adding some olive oil to his food, and even rubbing some on him because I read it might help, but really when I massaged some olive oil into his skin it almost seemed to make the dandruff worse. What do you all think? I have read they sell dog balm and dog moisturizers, which I'd never even heard of before.

I never had dandruff problems before pregnancy, but once I entered my 2nd trimester my scalp is dry and I have lots of dandruff. Anybody else have this problem and a solution? Does it go away after the baby is born?

Hi I've just found this forum and I'm delighted! I have to wash my hair EVERY day and by lunchtime it smells bad, more so on my scalp but my hair too! I've tried T-Gel, Nizorel, Vosene, Sulphur shampoo, anti dandruff stuff prescribed by the doctor (who actually didn't believe me, she clearly didn't get close enough!) and I'm starting to get paranoid, not to mention worried about the condition of my hair due to constant washing, drying straightening.
