can i take nasonex and claritin

I am tired of it and feel that it will eventually diminish my hearing. I am always asking people to repeat. I have been to 2 ENT, and no help. Taken Nasonex, claritin, sudafed but no help. Please advice as to what might help???

A couple of months ago the Claritin seemed to completely stop working so I changed to chlorpheneramine maleate, but I was so tired for the several days I was on it that I had to quit using it. Now I'm back to 2 Claritin/day to manage the symptoms, and it doesn't seem to affect the food allergies at all, just inhalant.

I am congested and I have a horrible cough. And 24 weeks with twins. Isbthere anything I can take?

I just started using Nasonex (steroid nasal spray), and it really helps my allergies and sinus headache, and eye-related sinus problems. But I also have PVCs and my heart pounds a lot (can feel it in my head, back, etc). I'm wondering whether Nasonex is safe to take long term if I have these heart issues. Doctor just shrugged his shoulders when I asked. Anyone know?

She doesn't snore, but she does suffer from allergies. She's on Claritin and Nasonex and Benadryl as needed. The Benadryl is at night because it makes her absolutely horrid and wicked mean. She's a restless sleeper though, like her father. She can toss and roll and spread out and move from one end of the bed to the next all night long. After seeing a doctor i was prescribed medicine for bronchitis and nasonex. The nasonex takes care of the stuffy nose and i take claritin at nights so i dont wake up with symptoms, however i still have the cough and mucus (apparently it wasn't bronchitis). I am currently on medicine for a sinus infection. could a sinus infection be the cause of the wheezing? also i have began to develop allergy's to foods but have not been tested for dust, pollen, etc.

I went to a doctor and they put me on Allegra and Nasonex to try to take the edge off until I can get another opinion. Today has been a little better so far. I did the Allegra, the Nasonex, and a steam thing in the shower. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Thank you again.

I take Claritin (aka Loratadine) regularly. I have no problems. Claritin D is not a good choice because the decongestant contains pseuffedrin and can therefore exacerbate arhythmias. But I have never had anything work as well as Claritin and it does not seem to effect my PVC's, SVT OR vasovagal responses (all of which I have issues with at times).

I feel horhorrible. Is there anything I can take? I have my first appointment next Thursday. Should I call them and see if I could come in so they could take a look at me?

I have tried all of the antihistamines around, none with a decongestant.

t whether I should Just keep doing the Nasonex and nothing else and wait n see? or if I should take some Sudafed and see what that does. Im not usually a person that takes medicines a lot I usually just like to work out and exercise a lot and let my body take care of it. But I never had tinnitus for 2 months before haha...but I'm just wondering what would be the better alternative do you think?

So this is my first pregnancy and I'm very early in , about 6 weeks . I haven't been to a Dr yet due to fact my health insurance is still being reviewed . However I have bad allergies and stopped my meds once I found out I was pregnant and now I'm developing a very bad sinus infection. Is there anything I can take ? I had a cough and congestion for about 3 weeks before the doctor was able to diagnose me with a sinus infection. He gave me 875mg of Amoxicillin-twice a day for 10 days along with ZyrtecD and Mucinex. I finished the antibiotic and one of the others at the same time. Two days later, I was still coughing--post nasal drip. I had finished all the meds so I bought some more Mucinex and started that again. In another 2 days I was still had post nasal drep so I started Claritin.

I have been taking Zyrtec at my doctor's dosage for over 3 years. Claritin will certainly be safe for you to take until you see your doctor. Take care and feel better. I was on nasonex spray prn or I take 1 puff each nose at times for few years= 4 years. Now I noticed hair thinning and loss. I have stopped the nasonex now. Will my hair grow back as usual? I am so worried. Iam not taking any other medication. But on hair supplements- zinc, vitamin E and multivitamin. Started my hair massage!

I usually take Claritin D every year when allergy season starts, and it usually helps me a lot. I haven't even begun to take it yet, so I will try it and see what happens. Hello, I have been taking Nasonex for 5 months now and starting 10 days ago, I started experiencing weird sensation in the left area of my chest, it would only happen 3 to 6 times a day and it would feel like someone just tapped the someone of my chest with a finger or two, after 3 or 4 days experiencing this, I just completly stopped using Nasonex and have been off Nasonex for 5 days and 11 hours now.
