Loss of appetite is often a symptom of depression. Are you on any anti depressant medication? Some medications can cause loss of appetite and some can increase appetite. If yours is not connected to medication, then you may find that you may get your appetite back. I don't think we are able to tell you definitely if you will get your appetite back. Yes, we all know that loss of appetite can mean sinister things but as you said you have no other symptoms, no fatigue etc. There are so many more things that statistically it's more likely to be and its very unlikely that it's anything sinister really.
