His doctor has ruled out any reaction to Caduet and Micartis HCT which he takes daily. During a stress test yesterday my systolic bp rose to 260 in a very short time (diastolic was elevated but not so greatly). When my BP has been taken several times throughout the year at rest it has been 120/80 (ish). I am not very active but do walk 1-1/2 miles a day at a moderate rate. The cardiologist took me off of diovan and told me to begin 100 mg toprolol (sp?) immediately.
Great job on making this decision! It takes guts to flush leftover pills... I know I could never do that. I am 25 days clean from oxys and believe me, the mental part is the worst! I am still dealing with it. You will get through it, as I can see you have already made the choice. I have been taking tons of vitamins, just like you, and it feels great. I have got most of my energy back and am starting to feel things normally again. That is just me... Yours could be sooner.
I have never taken any pills before and even when I was younger I always refused. Now that I'm pregnant my bf insist that I take prenatals. Well idk if it's the problem but I think it is. I always throw up after I take them. Does anyone else have that problem?

My dentist, along with two other scripts, wrote me one for vicodin, a small script..only 24 pills. I went to the pharmacy and dropped off the two other scripts and NOT the one for the vicodin although I really wanted to. I am 20 days clean of vicodin and realize that it would not be a good idea to fill it but I guess my question is if I did take them over a few day period which I think I can, would I go through any w/d after? I know my best bet is to just stay away and not fill it.

Go to the pet store and buy Pill Pockets. You will save time and energy, and she will think you are treating her and spoiling her rotten. You can also buy those pill pockets online. They come in many flavors. Pick the one your kitty likes. My cats love the salmon and chicken flavor, so whenever they need medication that's what I get them. I put the pill inside the pill pocket and just give it to them. Don't worry if the pills are too big for the pill pockets.
