Does anyone have experience with taking Bupropion (Wellbutrin) to help with no longer using 30 mg Roxicet?
t experience withdrawal, prescribed me a Medrol dose-pack and the muscle relaxant cyclobezeprine (Flexeril). Other medical/psychiatric conditions I have are hypothyroidism and bi-polar disorder/depression for which I take levothyroxine (Synthroid), divalproex (Depakote) and bupropion (Welbutrin).
I was taking bupropion for 1 1/2 years and have been off of it for at least a week probably close to 2 weeks. I saw a new doctor who prescribed nortriptyline. After reading the article on this site I was alarmed about the possibility of seizures. Was I off the bupropion long enough before starting the nortriptyline for it not to be a risk?
I have been on a 300 mg dose of Bupropion XL for about a half year now. I also am on a 100 dose of Zoloft. I was originally on only Zoloft but it wasn't working well so I got put on Bupropion XL which worked. I take Trazidone when needed for my sleeping issues. I never had any side affects from it until recently. I've noticed that in the past month I would get nausea after I take Bupropion, as well as feeling jittery and tense.
Its my 2nd day off of nor is I told my lady she was upset about it I hope the withdrawal stays like this not to bad to deal with I want to vomit don't know y the showers help plus I have bupropion and zanaflex I think that is helping a lot I almost went to look for some but changed my mind and went for a walk so I can say if it stays like this I got the next day or two in the baby thank every one for the help with if I hear of any one looking to quite I will turn them on to this site but ag
Is anyone getting ringing in the ears from taking Generic Wellbutrin(Bupropion sr ) 150 mg. Here is my situation I have been on amitriptiline 25 mg 4 years then went up to 50 mg for 3 years. I started taking only one 150 mg of bupropion sr this is my 5 day. Can I stop taking the amitriptiline with no withdrawls after only 5 days of Bupropion? or has it not been long enough. I hoping that I can stop the amitriptiline by taking the bupropion sr in place of the amitriptiline.
I am suffering from I believe depression I have problems sleeping this has recently started wierd thoughts and its very disturbing, I feel said and hopeless my doctor put me on Bupropion and I felt better the first day the next day I eel over active different? Have any one taken Bupropion and whats your reactions?
My husband has been taking Bupropion HSL SR 150mg for a few months and it doesn't seem to be working as well as the Bupropion XL 150mg he was taking for a few years before he was switched because, the pharmacy said, they could not get the Bupropion XL 150mg at that time. My husband has dementia. He takes the Bupropion in the morning along with his Aricept and Exforge (for blood pressure). He gets drowsy right after taking his pills and I think it may be the Bupropion HSL SR causing this.
Is it possible to quickly taper off of 24mg suboxone within 6 days? I understand I'll experience withdrawal symptoms at some point and I'm willing to deal with it. I took my last dose yesterday (1/11/22 at around 1:30pm) I plan on trying to go as long as I possibly can without taking anything at all and taking the absolute bare minimum like a half of a strip to get me by. Will this make a significant difference if I continue to do this for the next 5-6 days?
I'm currently on 300 bupropion, along with topamax 100 and still have had no weight losse. I just started the 300 bupropion after being on 150 last week and have already had crying spells but this was the week of my period so I was thinking I just could be "emotional". Before I was on Zoloft 25-150 bupropion but I ate to much on it, I'm hoping for weight loss but every antidepressant I take makes me eat what to do I do??

Firstly, yes, going on and off will do that to you! I have done just that with Wellbutrin (bupropion) and stupidly I didn't even get why I fell down into that black hole again and again... I am quite down still, this is my third time starting Wellbutrin, but I do feel better and will NOT stop again until I thoroughly go over everything with my doctor(s). My doctor has decided that Depression is the cause of my anxiety, and has upped my bupropion to 450 mg a day until the tremors and shaking started, then he lowered me back down to 300. Now I have feel angry or like crying all the time. An explotion can come at anytime, but because the depression was better at 450 mg a day he wants to combine atenolol with it to fight the side effects. I don't like the side effects of either one of these drugs.

I am on 100 mg of bupropion and was feeling a little anxious. Before taking bupropion, when I felt a little anxious my roommate would give me one of his ativan's, but a full 0.5 would make me sleepy…so I cut it down to 0.25 which worked nicely. I have started to do that with the bupropion…is that ok?
