5-htp can be used as an OTC substitute for an SSRI, and L-tyrosine a sub for
bupropion but L-tyr only boosts
dopamine not norepinephrine, but still helps some. Melatonin can help with sleep. Omega fatty acids especially 3, sunflower lecithin, B-6, B-12, magnesium, vit D3, and Acetyl L-Carnitine with alpha lipoic acid all help with brain zaps and fog. The best help though, has been CBD.
