My female bulldog mix has red blister like bumps on her belly,genitals and chin and is constantly licking them. The ones on her genital area are larger and are hard to the touch. What causes this and what can I treat it with? Would the floor cleaner I use cause this, because I have almost the same (smaller) blisters on my hands that are very itchy.

Only visible when smiling, you can see these white bumps on my chin that look like very small pimples. I have developed small bumps all over my lips and in the corners of my mouth. The bumps on my lips are not painful, nor do they itch, however the ones in the corners are sensitive. This happened once before about a month ago. Everything went away in about a week. I also have an itchy rash under my chin and on my neck. I would like to know what is going on forever I have always had redness on my chin. but now for the past year I have had off and on red dryskin on my face. the sides of my nose skin cracking and red as well as the bridge of my nose eyebrows and chin. this comes and goes I do not use makeup or facial products. never had acne. and I would like to fix the problem. what is it what treatment is there.
