MY DR. PUT ME ON BUDEPRION XL 150 IM ALSO TAKING LEXAPRO WAY BOTH ISNT ONE ENOUGH? AND WHY DO THEY MIX THEM . CAN I TAKE BOTH AT ONCE?

Budeprion XL is giving me extreme anxiety and racing heart. Have been on it for about a month.i am also on Escitraprolam. How can I taper off the budeprion XL. Was thinking of starting by 1 every other day for a while, then every third day and so on.

He had lots of energy on the Wellbutrin sr150 and was a pleasure to be arounds, but on this 200 buprionsr he goes to sleep and is like snappen at me all the time. After reading some of these questions I am worried that things are going to go back to the way they were before he started taking his meds.I dont know if it is because they gave him a larger dosage or because it is a generic. When I ask him about it he just says I dont know anything because I am not a doctor.

Are there any antidepressants that will make me more alert rather than sleepy and tired? This has been my experience with all the drugs I've tried so far. Budeprion being the last one and the worse cause it makes me so sleepy and lethargic, yeah too often I find myself sitting there as if lifeless, staring into space, feeling like a rock with no feelings or emotions...Are there any drugs that will give me more pep and energy instead of making me just wanna stay in bed all day?

Her medication has recently been switched from Cymbalta to Budeprion XL 150 MG which is generic for Wellbutrin XL. I have just begun taking Budeprion SR. 150 milligrams a day. The paper the pharmacy gave me said to contact a dr immediately if I got a sore throat. I have a sore throat, and I want to know if I need to stop taking the medication. On another website, throat irriatation is listed as a rare side effect. I called my dr, and the nurse looked it up and said that sore throat was listed as a side effect. So, I am confused. Should I stop taking the medication? Is this a dangerous side effect?

I take 100mg of Toprol XL at 630 pm every day & have for about a year. However, this time isn't working out for me anymore & I'd like to change it to early morning around 11am or maybe 12pm. How would I go about doing this? I know I can't just out of the blue take it at 11am one day. Any help is appreciated!

5mg 3x daily, Lunesta 3mg @bedtime, Depakote 500mg x 2@ bedtime, Gabapentin 100mg x 2 capsules 3 x daily, Lexapro 20mg x 2 @bedtime, and Budeprion 150mg 1 tab every morning and other meds for Diabetes. I went to my Psychiatrist yesterday and because I stay depressed all the time she mentioned taking me off the Lexapro but did not mention putting me back on another anti-depressant.

Am on Budeprion since April 1, 2013 because I had 2 deaths in my family and I was down so I went to the doctor and she put me on that am doing fine now but I today I just feel down and I was thinking about stopping the medication, I don't know if that causing me to feel down or what, and am not depressed I wasn't on the medication for depressed so is it ok to start to stop it or what?

I'd probably give it more time if you can handle the side effects. Hopefully things will stabilize for you. I always take Wellbutrin in the morning as it sometimes makes me a bit giddy and agitated. I kind of wish it was sedating as I have trouble sleeping most nights. Maybe take it at night when you need to sleep anyway? Hope it works for you.

A friend of her's told her that you're not supposed to take it, if you take any medications for diabetes. She does take a pill (not sure which and didn't think to ask her) for her diabetes and I told her I'd try to find out if it could cause any problems.

I was very recently prescribed Wellbutrin XL, after trying several medications that have not helped [including Wellbutrin SR]. When I saw my doctor, she simply said 'I'm putting you on Wellbutrin twice daily' and I assumed it would be the SR. But what I was given was XL, with the instructions to take it twice a day [morning and around noon]. My doctor's office is closed today, or I would have asked her. I did ask the pharmacist, and he said that yes, this is okay.

The doctor failed every time no matter how hard he tried. Eventually, he used the Xl probe instead and it did succeed in taking readings. I got a score of 6.1kpa on the Xl probe. Being a rather skinny male, could it mean this probe might have underestimated the degree of my fibrosis. How would this reading compare to a reading using the M probe given I'm not fat thus XL probe could potentially miscalculate my score. Anyone who can share his opinion on this will be highly appreciated.

I recently got my fibroscan done for the first time. It turned out to be a very unusual experience. The doctor performing the scan couldn't get a reading using the M probe no matter how hard he tried, despite my being a slim (borderline underweight) individual. Eventually he gave up on the M probe and used the XL probe instead, which worked and gave a median value of 6.1 kpa value.

Do most people take in the am? My bottle of 150 xl said to take it at bed time which was why I took the 300 at bedtime. Does the edgyness go away? Anyway, I think I'm going to ask to switch to Prozac instead. Just curious about the timing and the edginess. Thanks.

I found out I had MVP at 9 years old. Im on the generic form of Toprol XL and thats it. I asked my dr to operate on me and fix this valve so I can live a better life. He said "no way". Far too many risks. Im tired all the time.

My dr, said she looked it up in her book, and Wellbutrin XL 150mg, is only prescribed for SAD and to quit smoking. She did not want to prescribe the XL at all no mater what I said. She prescribed me Regular Wellbutrin 100mg twice per day. I do not want the regular wellbutrin as it will make me shakey, and I will not follow through with taking 2 pills per day...

I took Toprol xl for a time - 25 mg. I could not take a pill all at once, because my bp would drop too low. The nurse finally told me to break the pill in half and take half in the morning and half at night. That worked a little better. I ended up eventually on Atenolol which I have taken for 6 years. I take it in divided doses, as my bp or hr goes up or down. If my hr and bp are too low, I delay a dose. But I never just skip it.

Can Wellbutrin XL have a different affect the second time you take it? I was on it for about a year 3 years ago. I loved it! The only side effects were dry mouth and weight loss(not a negative). About 5 months ago my doctor put me on citalopram which made me feel like a zombie and I started gaining weight so we decided to switch to the wellbutrin. I have been on the wellbutrin for about 7 weeks now and off the citalopram for a little over 1 week.

My doc prescribed Wellbutrin XL since the Lexapro made my depression even worse, excessive sleeping, etc. My question is - can I still take 1 mg of Klonopin to help with anxiety, prevent panic attacks? I've taken Wellbutrin before for a bad depression and know that it makes a person more energetic but also jittery at times. Any advice? Could I combine Lexapro 10 mg with the Wellbutrin XL 150 mg? now they are happening all the time. My internist and cardiologist placed me on nanolol and toprol XL. The toprol seemed to work great for two days then did not work. I did have low grade hypertension in the past but I have recently lost 30 pounds and my blood pressure has been ok. I was taking Amoxicillin to treat a cold and the PVC resolved and returned one week after the antibiotic was stopped. Now I am concerned about artery blockage being a cause.

im not the crazy person i used to be,I have been doing wonderful the past year,i just today stopped 10 mg of prozac down from 50 that i was on last summer cit 10 mg a time..my hormones were low so dr put me on hormone pills and thyroid pills,i haad been on wellbutrin sr about 1 year 300 mg to counteract sexual side effects from prozac,it didnt help though,so my dr changed me from 300 wellbutrin sr to 450 mg xl,tonight for the first time in ages i feel kind of dizzy..

I have been on this combination for 6+ years and doing pretty well with them. In May 2008 I was started on Toprol XL 25 mg. It worked for my blood pressure and lowered it but it also made my depression worse and I finally went to my doctor to get off of them. I am now weaning off of the Toprol XL. I am on the second day of 12.5mg and I can't tell you how bad I have felt all day. Extreme anxiety and jittery. I CANNOT wait for this drug to be out of my system.
