Well, first------------ it doesn't make kids teeth permanently buck. Um . . . those baby teeth fall out, remember? And not usually until age 5.5 or 6 does the average first lower tooth fall out. The structure of the jaw is not affected by a pacifier. Now, the soft palate, on the other hand is. And early on---------- the use of a pacifier is actually beneficial for this. Soothing and self soothing is really important for children psychologically.

t have transportation or phone service. I have access to a phone and rides in the evenings but not during regular office hours. but lots of lil kids have enemel probs that dobt cone in on afult teeth. as theyre toddlers just watch oit dor anything too hot or especially too cold - including cold weather, as it will cause toothache. i atill like ice cream tho - i just have to lick it like a pervert.

When my son gets here I was considering giving him a Binky because baby's seem to love them and they are life savers! But I've heard the cause buck teeth, or rotted teeth and its very hard to get them off of it. Any opinions?

i know i have to vistit the dentist but with 2 toddlers and a partner in hospital its imposible to vistit, whats the longest time i can go untreated before it gets serious.

Could it be wax? Some kids do get a hefty wax build up and they make drops to help remove it. I'd ask your pediatrician about that. Or has the child been fussy or sick? An ear infection can cause a discharge as well. My kids have had all different symptoms when they've had ear infections. The hardest time to tell is when they are cutting teeth. Both my kids got ear infections when cutting various teeth but didn't have normal symptoms of an ear infection. No fever for example.

All of a sudden this week my toddlers gums have become inflamed and started bleeding. He had become extremely irritable at night and this started 2 days ago. Any suggestions on what could be going on?

I have almost no permanant teeth. Not sure if this is true but I had a full mouth x-ray and I had only 3 roots. I did however, save my teeth that fell out when I was little and supposely gave way to permanant teeth. It's strange though since I saved 9 teeth and I only have 3 teeth with roots. My son (aged 2) has 3 enlarged nodes in his neck, one over 2inch long and pretruding, and one in his groin. Just got a call from my husband who was out fishing and as he was unloading the kayak it dropped on his head. He is having someone drive him home so that I can take him to the hospital. I had scleral buck operation four weeks ago for my right eye. The docotr said everything is all right after checking. However I can feel the flash around the right corner of the right eye ( where the problem was before). The doctor said it may due to the retina is still under recovery. May I ask did any anyone have this experience before or does anyone know why? Will the flash go when the retina is fully recovery?

Went through mind numbing pain for over 4 months and still in pain6 months later teeth still moving, Teeth turned grayish, spaces everywhere no gum symetry, can barely speak and eat, finally found a dentist who "doing you a favor" and took of implant crown 26. My face and lips sunk in and my chin has shortened. I look like i have no teeth, and impossible to gain occlusion without pushing other teeth.
