Mine started in January, the whole month, but only with spotting. But this month, starting 3/15, I started spotting. And today I am bleeding but not heavily with some small clots. I am not on any medication just multivitamins. I do work graveyard shifts as a nurse and thought it could be stress or not eating right. Someone please help in answering our questions. I can't explain not having intercourse with my husband because I am having this problem.
I had a difficult time understanding your post. I am unsure if you are currently having your period or not. I'm not sure why YOU'RE not sure if you had some spotting. I don't mean this to sound nasty, Sweetie, but either you did or you didn't have some spotting. It's pretty difficult to not recognize spotting when we see it.
You said that when you wiped, there was a brown, gooey discharge. Almost all women get this from time to time.

If you are not eating properly and may be anaemic that too can throw your menstrual cycle off balance as too can stress.
It was wise of you to do a pregnancy test, because sometimes you can get a light show of spotting.

This spotting can be due to implantation spotting or intermenstrual spotting. Main causes of spotting between periods could be due to pregnancy, birth control pills, infection in an area of the body related to menstruation (including the vagina, the cervix and even the bladder). Other causes could be polycystic ovarian syndrome, diseases of pituitary gland, hormonal imbalance of estrogen and progesterone and uterine abnormalities like fibroid and cervical dysplasia.
to get it the 1st of august. im just 2 weeks away and last night and this morning i had brown spotting after wiping my V area....im worried...everything says pregnancy as an early sign...i kept him away from my V .. but its been 6 weeks since we last fooled around...but its not pregnancy because we have never had sex.

Well my husband and i have been trying to have another baby for the past 6 months, not yet conceved,my concern is my last period was on stetember 11 2007, then we have been activley trying then on the september 23 2007 i started spotting a light brown (it wasnt enough to be on my panties)then it stoped on september 25 2007. i was wondering if that could be implantation bleed? and if so when should i do a pregnancy test?
I am a 20-year-old female. About 7 months ago, I began spotting between periods. It would happen once or twice a month, in the middle of my menstrual cycle, and would last 2-3 days. Hey everyone I am asking this question regarding my girlfriends problems she has been having lately. She usually has her period between the 20th-30th every month. She didnt have hers in august because she had just had her gallbladder removed im thinking, but had some weird things start to happen in early september. She thought she was having a period around the 8th of september but she said it was just spotting. I picked up a preg. test and it said negative.

I hve all the other symptoms:momory issues,at times wicked mood swings,body aches and pains,bloating,cramps,hot flushes,etc. ugh. At least I am heading in the right directions...

Oh and when I had the spotting I had NO CRAMPS. I usually have horrible periods!!!! I have endometriosis so my periods are very painful but there was NO pain NOT Even the SLIGHTEST CRAMPS. My periods are also irregular but I've never spotted like that before I have a pretty good flow on my period and a lot of good sized clots but none of that when I spotted.

Hi all! I am 29 years old - my husband and I just starting trying to get pregnant. My last period started nov 27 and my cycles are usually 29-30 days. Next one is due dec 27. We have had intercourse the past several days as I am due for ovulation. Late last night I got some spotting, very light, and that has continued today with light cramping.
