Were you sexually active and had unprotected intercourse? When was the last time if so? The nipple discharge is hormonal and unrelated to pregnancy (not a pregnancy symptom but more a symptom of hormones out of whack). but If i take a q-tip and place it in my vaginal area it will always have discharge I guess up there...What does that mean...It has never active when it happened and Im not that active when it comes to sex....can someone help!!!

As I draw nearer to my period date, the discharge seem to get heaver color-wise. It would be light brown discharge one day, then red-ish the next, then back to brown and so on, sometimes red. I'm due in about a day or 2 and just today it started to look more like period blood when I use the bathroom. that is what happens be for and after you have your baby and your period i had that happen to me and when i went to the doctor they said that it was old blood that was from my period but if that still happens go to the doctor and see what they tell you tell them that you have that problem and take a pg test to see if you are pleas let me now how it go"s k.

from what ive read about it, it doesnt really go by the amount, i mean it has to be light and scant, but it is not to follow a pattern similar to AF, which is light to heavier to light again.
