day after having sore throat,dry cough and couple red dots on the left leg ,close to groin area ,also feeling occasional pain in different part of neck,groins and arm pits with out any swellings so far.Could it be lymph nodes?
they constantly rotated her legs and stretched them out again to check her hips before fracture was dianosed. then they put a cast on on the bottom of her leg instead of the top. would all of these mistakes have made the fracture worse than it originally was.

I was in a half cast, basically on the back of my leg and below the foot for a touch over a week, so I was unable to move my ankle and leg and was on crutches. Then 2 days ago I went to the outpatients department and the doc took the cast off me and told me to start walking on it with the aid of crutches as it isn't the weight bearing bone.
He said that the bone will heal by itself without the cast and even with me putting a bit of pressure on it.
My 9 yr. old lab started limping in April - no known cause, but she has always been active - running, chasing the ball, etc. Had an MRI done by a neurologist (vet) and a number of biopsies - nothing. They are recommending I take her to Gainesville for nerve tests. She is not improving or getting worse; There is no difference if she has been sleeping for 6 hours or 10 minutes. Between my groin are and thigh where my leg starts genitalia area it is moist. There is a round red area like 1mm round it is red. There is no blister i have had it for about 3 days and it is going away. In the same area it is red and moist if i scratch the skin breaks and becomes red like the other one i mentioned.
I am not sure if this is herpes since there are no signs of blisters. The redness seems more like broken skin. The weird thing that it is round.
My Dad was recently put on oxycontin- short term- for hip pain. He is having surgery next week. My Mom called telling me that Dad was having to concentrate on his breathing, was dizzy and having problems concentrating. I told her to bring him to the hospital. I will be leaving to meet them but I thought that these were all signs of a overdose. I really haven't had these signs when I was abusing so I am not sure. Can anyone enlighten me?

Hi, I slipped rather badly in the snow 7 years ago and hit my leg (shin) on the step of the platform of a bus I was getting onto. It hurt and bled rather badly - too painful for me to cry and I can't take a lot of pain! Although it happened a long time ago there's a dent where I injured it and its still bruised. Is it likely I've fractured it and should I see a doctor? I've been getting cold feelings below the area and I'm worried about the dent and bruise.
