If breast feeding you will need a breast pump, breast pads, nursing bra, storage bags for milk, also some onesies and sleepers for baby. You will need alot more diapers than you have right now. Maybe a sling to carry baby? It's optional but it makes it easier for you to do stuff around the house. Lots of socks and mittens.

I have heard people who breastfeed say, they pump an dump, I knew someone who drank on new years eve, and she would pump the breast milk and dump it, she did it for one whole day, I have never breast fed, and am pregnant now so I cannot help much more then what i have heard.. sorry..

Oh, also, possibly a rocking chair with gliders for chair and footstool -- I didn't use ours very much, but a lot of people do. Also, more pragmatic things like breast pads (catch the drips when you're experiencing let-down of milk), nursing bras, burp rags, baby washcloths, and a box of Dreft or other baby-recommended laundry soap.

I had my son a couple days ago and I would love to be able to breast feed him because its healthy for the both of us. My milk hasn't come in yet and he is at risk for jaundice so I decided to supplement with formula but continue to offer the breast till my milk comes in. I really don't like to see my baby grumpy because he is hungry. I hope im making the right decision...

When will you start to get milk in your breast? I am 31 weeks and have yet to get mine, it makes me nervous cause I plan on breast feeding.

Enough wet and poopy diapers and if the baby is thriving. Breastfeeding is a supply and demand thing so just let baby eat and you will produce enough. Make sure you drink water and stay hydrated.

No its not milk yet its the beginning stages of milk lol not sure what's the correct term for it honestly when I first saw it I was freaking out I didn't know I was pregnant and it was my first child but you will get a little of leaking of that stuff if u don't want in on ur bra you can buy breast pads congratulations

Ok so I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I just got my breast milk today. I decided to squeeze my breast because it was hurting . and I started leaking . what do I do . I'm a ftm. I'm only 19 and do I pump? Or do I just leave it alone ?

I am a FTM, 30w4d, and I am getting a little worried because I have not noticed any breast milk yet. I am grateful that I am not leaking or anything, but at the same time I am wondering if this is normal? If you already have children, about when did you start producing milk?
