If you pump and dump I would think that would be more exposure to your virus - your hands will be all over that bottle where your hands aren't in contact with breast milk that's in your body. im actualy going to breastfeed then pump and bottle feed as baby gets older but wont be using formula...only breast milk....i would research pros and cons of each and just give breastfeeding a try and go from there...not everyone likes to do it...
