I think you would have been wise to see about this long before you lost your health insurance. As a rule, breast discharge is no particular cause for concern but since the color has changed and has been this way for 3 months it would be a good idea to see your Dr. especially if the discharge is present WITHOUT stimulation. Im only 7w 4d along and Im still breast feeding my 9 month old. My milk is a yellow color because Im producing colostrum? I dont know about that. Breast size doesn't matter in production of milk, you should make milk just fine. But you do need to drink a lot of water to produce enough breast milk. So keep hydrated after you give birth.

jayfran, your breast milk comes in after the baby is born. A lot of women produce very heavy amounts of colostrum and the color may vary to very think whitish, but it's not breast milk.
Colostrum is the first nutrition the baby gets by mouth - and the milk comes in after the baby is born.
It may seem like your milk has come in, but it doesn't come until later.

As I stated before, suggest giving your child the daily amounts of food that I wrote in the previous answer. If you are giving him milk as breast milk, then give it in the amounts stated. Your child is underweight and needs to grow. Food is the only way he will grow. The problem with his eye maybe only a muscular issue not diet related.
