Common Questions and Answers about Breast lift with exercise

breast

Avatar f tn I know that exercise in pregnancy is recommended, as long as it's mild (like walking or gentle yoga). Does anyone have experience with more vigorous exercise? Nothing crazy (no p90X or anything), but something that does elevate the heart rate a little bit? I'm not very in shape right now, but I know that improving, or at least maintaining my current level of fitness will be beneficial for me and baby.
Avatar f tn Dear Kelik, For patients with breast implant reconstructions, exercise can usually be resumed within 2 to 4 weeks. For patients with living tissue reconstructions (e.g. a TRAM flap), most exercise can usually also be resumed within 2 to 4 weeks, however, abdominal exercise should be limited for about two months. Use caution with exercises that seem to cause you more difficulty or undue discomfort – you may want to discuss these issues with your surgeon.
Avatar n tn I had a tram flap and implants and feel like I have been bound with metal. I can't turn over at night or lift my arms freely over my head. I am going to another plastic surgeon and will probably have the implants removed. I feel like mine might be scar tissue. Does anyone else feel that when they lay down a bind goes around the chest, shoulders and arms?

Avatar f tn Many commercial products that are available some of these products are herbal-based and contain ingredients such as dandelion root, soy, fenugreek, and Indian ginseng. These herbs are believed to firm the breast tissue. Surgical options like breast-lift surgery or breast implants help enhance the shape and size of your breasts and improve their firmness. The answer is based on information provided. Exact advice is not possible without a proper examination and investigations.
1826037 tn?1320340914 i'm on week 14 and glad to be doing what i can at hgb about 9s...i exercise hard normally but i'm done when my hgb goes under 10...i wouldn't risk overdoing with low hgb...i'm outside so much normally in all kinds of weather...now i can finally go out but can't do much...every time i lift something i feel it...i can put 100 pounds on my shoulder for 15 seconds and then thats it..normally i carry bundles of shingles up a later no problem...not now...i could do one but it would really be a drag...
Avatar n tn Yes - I've started to get them, and for some reason, I don't really notice them during the exercise (running to about 80% of peak HR), but they definitely appear post-exercise (usually several hours later). Have thought it might be dehydration/electrolyte imbalance, or some sort of vitamin deficiency. Have cut out alcohol (noticed it seemed to bring this about more consistently) and am trying multivitamin. That said, is vigorous exercise still ok?
2195822 tn?1341060511 I wonder if my little boy will have curly hair, like my daughter has from her daddy! @ashkevin13 - I don't wanna start again either but after I quit when pregnant with my daughter, I never went back properly, I was able to become a social smoker which was great. You're so busy with a baby anyway to smoke like you used to.. Plus I didn't want her breathing smoke off of me so it would be my treat once she was in bed or my other half came home from work!
Avatar n tn I have woken up from this with excruciating pain almost as if someone did in fact knife me. When my elbow is locked straight i can lift my arm with little discomfort but when I bend it at a 90 and try to raise my arm the pain brings me to my knees. Off to the doc in the next few days to hopefully put an end to my misery.
Avatar n tn another thing is to bring baby wipes and maybe a small bottle of febreeze to freshen up your bra in the middle of the day. I am sure you are a clean woman..
Avatar m tn hey can somebody suggest what is the best exercise for hepatitis person?
Avatar n tn I'm a 31-yr-old female, a little overweight, with normal blood pressure and bloodwork. Recently I've been exercising -- walking and starting to lift weights. I started out with walking about 15 minutes a day. After I walk (and really, during my walk) I get very, very burnt out. I'm tired, sometimes I feel dizzy, most days I need to lie down afterwards. When I go out and just walk around to do errands or whatever, the same thing happens -- I get very tired, sometimes I feel dizzy.
Avatar m tn and if you don't have one then it's time to find one. Breast pain is very rarely associated with Breast Cancer but is fairly common in many women. You can usually get help finding a Dr. by calling the local hospital for a list of Physicians who would be appropriate for your particular needs. I don't think you are imagining this and you never should feel "like an idiot" because you are alert to any changes; especially when it concerns a breast issue. Regards .....
Avatar f tn Also my left breast is really big, several cup sizes bigger than the right breast. I'm not sure if this problem is to do with the extra breast tissue appearing in other parts of my body but I hope to get that sorted too. But in the mean time I'm enjoying being a mother to my children and keeping my chin up thats the best way to deal with things at the moment until my body is surgically corrected.
Avatar n tn I lost all of my baby weight with no exercise both times (of course gained it all back because of NO exercise). Keep at it. It will all come off. You may be adding a few more calories (which is what you are suppose to do) so you can breastfeed. Good Luck and keep it up. Take Care and let us know how it goes.
Avatar f tn my breast seem like there getting saggier by the minute and i wanted to know if loosing weight would help make them perkier, if so what kind of exercise should i do? WHAT KIND OF EXERCISE SHOULD I DO PERIOD TO ; LOOSE WEIGHT? thank you!
Avatar n tn The reason for breast pain is not clearly understood, and is not usually associated with breast cancer. Breast pain is sometimes associated with hormonal variations and is then called cyclical breast pain. Noncyclical breast pain does not seem to be linked to hormonal variations and is often localized to one area of the breast tissue. Noncyclical breast pain may or may not be the result of an injury to the breast.
Avatar n tn I am 63 years old, I asked my breast doctor these same questions and the reply was No machines where you lift heavy weights with your legs(could cause hernia) no heavy weights with arms. can lift light weight hand weights. This discussion is related to exercise after tram flap.
469720 tn?1388149949 Moderate exercise can reduce the risk of diabetes in people at risk. Exercise may reduce the risk of heart disease and breast and colon cancers. Though the evidence is mixed, exercise may also provide benefits for people with osteoporosis. Physical activity alone will not lead to sustained weight loss or reduce blood pressure or cholesterol. Exercise has long been touted as the panacea for everything that ails you.
Avatar f tn Adderall is a stimulant which I'm not sure you need either, especially with some hardening in a vessel. I would immediately address this with your doctor. But if it hurts to lift your arm then your pain is muscle related, and not your heart. If it was your heart then you would experience pain with any exertion and it would stop when you stopped exerting yourself. You truly need to reduce the stress in your life (easier said than done), exercise, and eat healthy.
Avatar n tn Because in many women breast tenderness is a period symptom, but imagine haveing a very small breast with the same symptom just in a smaller region. OW!!! makes sense. I did have some of the tissue taken out but it is still pain full on occasions. usually before or a little after my period. my doctor also told me many women dont realize what it is or worry about it til they get pregnant and in some women it can swell and produce milk!!
Avatar n tn so reading this i feel better again that im not alone with the cramps under my breast. i do have anxiety and also pulled muscles in my back as well as a pinched nerve directly in my back where the pain is under my breast actually.
Avatar m tn 10 minutes later a sharp pain started suddenly right under my right breast while I was in the shower. This pain started about 45 minutes ago. I have fractured two ribs on the right side at the bottom like 18 years ago, and that's what this pain feels like. But how could I possibly have fractured a rib walking and carrying? If the pain was on the left side, I'd be convinced I was having a heart attack.
Avatar n tn Is it safe to assume that I can replace all the red meat I was eating with fish, lean cuts of turkey, and chicken breast (all cooked with no butter and oil of course). I have heard some say that fish is also loaded with cholesterol. Also, instead of eating whole eggs, is it safe to eat 8 egg whites a day. I am very concerned about my health, but at the same time I do not want to give up my hobby. I find I have somewhat of a talent for it and it is the joy of my day.
Avatar n tn This was due to a huge weight loss (after finally being able to diet/exercise after years of inacitivity d/t a long-standing illness.) I also had a breast reduction. I had a qualified surgeon who did a good job and my scars and new body look great.
Avatar f tn I just needed to keep telling myself there is nothing wrong with me. But once I got over that I now have come down with this breast thing. I do believe it is an anxiety, stress thing. It tends to get worse at night espeacially when I am laying in bed. The pain and the feeling is very real. I think I may have pulled something exercising back in April. But because of my irrational fear of cancer, I have been poking around and probably making the situation worse.
Avatar m tn Some conditions that result in paralysis can be corrected through surgery, which can only be treated with surgery. There are also other back conditions that can only be fixed with surgery. Contrary to what many people believe, a person who suffers from a bad back should exercise frequently. Those who suffer from back pain often believe that exercise can further harm them, thinking that will help, but exercise is actually more beneficial.
Avatar f tn For a little over a year I have smoked on and off, but more off than on, and wWhen I do smoke I don't have more than 4 cigarretes in a day. I exercise regularly and try to stay active, but it's getting hard. I find myself being fatigued all the time lately. I have to force myself to do anything. It's hard for me to do school work. It's hard for me to sleep, hard to wake up.

Avatar n tn Hello. My fiance has been suffering with eustation tube dysfunction for a little over 6mths. now. We have tried numerous decongestants and nasal sprays as well as a round of steroids. His ENT did allergy testing on him, however, he did not have any significant allergies. Our last resort was to have PE tubes placed. This only made his symptoms worse and they took them out after a couple of weeks. Suprisingly after they took the tubes out and his ears were healing, he was symptom free.
