Breast lift no implants

Common Questions and Answers about Breast lift no implants

breast

Avatar n tn I had breast impants and lift 3 weeks ago, had a hematoma in my left breast the very same day and had to have a second surgery on that breast, that night. For the past 2 days, I've been experiencing tenderness to touch and pain in the left breast...what could this mean? There is no swelling, no bruising. I still have steritapes on my breasts- to be removed tomorrow. Does it sound like it's going to be O.K?
Avatar f tn It costs as much to have the implants removed and have a breast lift as it does to have implants. Right now you could probably get reasonable FIXED RATE financing to have this done. Ask at the Doctors office, look on the net for reviews of this sort of thing... When I had my implants removed, I also had a mastopexy (or breast lift). I was very happy with my results and very glad to have the effects from the silicon gradually disappear.
Avatar f tn I had a consultation and the physician recommended a breast lift instead, as I have had no problems with my implants. Money is an issue. If I just had the implants replaced with a larger implant under the muscle would I also have to have a lift, or would the larger size make up for the excess skin? I know that implants are like shoes....they wear out and have to be replaced. With the age of my implants which would give me the best results for my money? How long would a lift be lifted?
Avatar m tn I'm 40, childless (which means ptosis was not due to breast feeding) and had a breast lift 4 weeks ago. Implants were out of the question for me. If you want perkiness a lift, whether the incisions will be concentric, lollipop or inverted T is for you to discuss AT LENGTH with a plastic surgeon. I received an inverted T, which I am not at all happy with because the P.S. that did my breasts did not specify that during my consultation.
Avatar f tn My doctor suggested implants and a lift. I was against the lift, because of the scar up the breast. Well he ended up putting in extremely large implants against what I asked for. He was suggesting a 450 cc with the lift, but he ended up giving me 600 cc with out the lift. I am way to big and now I have bottomed out. I asked him to fix the problem.
Avatar n tn There is certainly no problem in switching to gel implants with the same or different size. If the implants are changed, this would be performed first. Then reshaping of the breast would be done with elevation of the nipple position. This is done by removing excess skin, so that there wopuld be no alteration of nipple sensation.
Avatar n tn I had a breast lift with a very small implant put in about 10 years ago, now that I am unexpectedly pregnant Im very concerned about being able to breastfeed successfully! My implants are over the muscle and was done at the crease under the breast. I have two other children 1 of which I had absolutely no problems nursing, however that was before I got the lift!!! If anyone has experience with this or knows someone I would love to hear what you have to say!!!!! TIA!!!
Avatar n tn I had my implants for two years before having to replace the left one due to it leaking. The right one was in for eleven years before it started leaking. So I just had the both of them replace the last time. They normally have a 10 year warrenty on them, that includes replaceing the implant and the fee to replace it. I have saline implants. Good luck and I'm sure you will love them when she has them done.
Avatar n tn Having a breast augmentation will not affect your ability to breast feed. It may be that you need more than just implants, but also possibly a lift. Although many patients who have implants and become pregnant show no adverse effect on breast shape, others have significant involution of breast tissue and become smaller and more saggy after their pregnancy.

Avatar n tn I have implants under the muscle incision in the fold and I have heard that cutting in the nipple can sever nerves and damage the nipple. Not the case for everyone. I would talk to your ob or a plastic surgeon to see if there is a way to tell before baby is born.
Avatar n tn I am 45 and considering breast implants. I exercise almost daily (jog, aerobics, bike) and wandered if anyone has had to lessen their workouts due to implants. I'm not considering much over 300cc. Also, anyone in their 40's who has had the procedure?
Avatar n tn I had what I was told was to be both a breast lift and implants. To begin with I had two consultations with the Dr. and both times I decided the 375 cc size was the right size. He also said that he could get "very good" results with the breast lift. At my first consultation post op, I found out that he used implants that were 475 cc and overfilled them to 520 or so. 1.
Avatar n tn I had breast implants done about four years ago, what effect will this have on breastfeeding, boobs are killing me already, am only early in pregnancy, 7wks 2 days, they are even more sensitive than they were before I had implants done when breastfeedng other two babies.
Avatar m tn I'm thinking about getting Breast implants, but worried on any long term effects. Can anyone share their experience? I'm also thinking about using http://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx Anyone know of him?
Avatar n tn How long should i wait before having a breast lift/implants after giving birth?
Avatar n tn i had breast implants 6 weeks ago. when i look down i cant see my nipples they are so low down. the doctor never mentioned anything about an uplift at the consultation. i no they say to give it 6 months to see if they settle but i think they both need 2 be at least a good inch higher up. the just look deformed to me, theres no way i would ov had them done if i knew they would turn out like this.
Avatar f tn Just curious. Please no harshness. I know the prices can be so different but I was curious about that too...
Avatar f tn I just love having this amazing bonding time with my little girl I love knowing that I can provide enough for her. Sh*t even if I would end up with no type of breast after this I still wouldnt regret a thing I love my baby!
Avatar n tn She was diagnosed many years ago and had implants placed. since than she has undergone another augmentation with a lift due to encapsulation where a lot of breast tissue was removed. She looks great and is still in remission but was wodering how losing so much breast tissue effects her hormones. she says since the surgery she feels very depressed. One of the nurses mentioned that due to a lot of breast tissue being removed her hormones would need to adjust. Any advice would be great.
Avatar f tn I had a breasted lift with gummy implants. The left incision kept opening and finally Dr took out implant to let tissue heal and wants to put it back in in a month.
Avatar n tn In 1999, I got breast implants to go from a 32A to a 32D. I have regretted getting them that big since day one. I wish I'd gotten a small C cup and am considering getting them reduced. I am wondering if the skin would be all saggy now and it would look bad if I got the reduction. Has anyone had a reduction and how did it turn out? I know the skin is stretched considerably because I went so big. The reason I don't like them is because I feel like nothing fits me very well.
Avatar n tn I too have this problem! It stated soon after a got a breast lift and implants to correct a slight tubular breast disorder. I was wondering if it could have anything to do with the implants or the scars or just the fact that my breasts are bigger than they were. My problem, though, is that its a very strong oder! I'm not sure if people can smell it but I constantly worry that they can.
Avatar n tn Your real risk is extension of the problem ino the cavity where the breast implants were placed and secondary infection. Careful follow-up with your doctor as you are doing is your best solution for a successful outcome.
Avatar n tn I' ve been thinking about getting breast reduction or lift or implants. So maybe wearing a bra wont be so painful? I also want to have kids, but will that make it worse?? I hope someone out there can help me.
167 tn?1374177417 I just scheduled a consult for a lift and possible fill. Anyone had a lift before? I have no idea what to expect. I'm tired of the saggy girls though. I want the perk back!
Avatar f tn Newbie I have breast implants and I love them. I went from an A to a full C. Mine were two different sizes and very small. There is nothing wrong with it but I warn you even if you get them and they are under the musle, you may not be able to breastfeed if you have another child. I really think that is why I couldn't breastfeed. Mine still look great after the pregnancy. Go for it.
