Calif was a highly rated surgeon at a great facility but he turned out to have very little experience with pit surgery specifically, only about 6 per year. The facility also does mostly complex malignant brain tumor surgery. 5 years ago, I had to receive two brain operations, the first being a brain abscess which resulted from a previous mastoid surgery. the second brain surgery was my lower brain had sunken down into my ear area and from that received bacterial meningitis. I was told that I have scarring on the brain, and was wondering would could potentially arise health wise in years to come as I was never fully informed on anything due to young age at the time and routine scans stopped over 2 years ago.
Then at my 17 I had me second accident and I had 5 operations, 2 majors (around 2-3 hours operation) and 3 minors (around 30 mins operations). All operations were under full anaesthesia. 3 months ago, I had an operation for fixing my tendons. The operation was planned for 1 hour and 30 minutes, but due to complications, was extended to 2 hours and 30 minutes. Around two weeks after the operation, I had my first panic attack.
I have a seventeen year old son that has had several operations for shunt replacements in 2009. He was diagnosed with Hydrochapulus and a Cysts in the "Small Brain" area. The cysts is very large which covers nearly the entire bottom part of the brain at the back. We have just had a CT scan done and they mentioned hypodensity in the Medulla area. My son's behaviour has become very erratic, he is very depressed, and he is suicidal as he does not want to live.
Yes but I don't believe lobotomies are done anywhere anymore. There are brain operations done in cases of extreme ocd that I could describe if needed but they are targeted to stop specific areas of the brain in cases of a person who is harming themselves compulsively and are done with a person's consent. The difference between them and lobotomies is day and night and its not applicable to anyone posting here anyway.
The little mass kept disappearing and appearing. I had to make videos so drs. would believe me. When he was 6 years old he did orchiopexy surgery then 2017 pediatric surgery did laparoscopic surgery and found a right inguinal hernia . However, this hernia was never detected in ultrasounds, MRI's or CT's scans. After his surgery the pain got worse. Since 2017 he is having this pain on and off. Now, 2021 the pain is extreme and frequent it's daily at a level 9.
Hey, I have this mate that has had sinuses problems for nearly 9years now, constant pain in the nose sinuses, the ears, the eyes, frobbing to the head, it affects balance, driving, hearing, sighting ect, she's had nose operations, ear operations, the best doctor we no still don't no what's wrong, its runion everyday life for her and she beginning to give up, there must be some one somewere out there that knows a cure for this, I cannot stand to see my mate like this anymore, someone
IN 2008 went in rehab for 12 days and when i came out i felt like death for 20 more days , they sent me home empty handed, now before i got back on the meds i tried 4 operations i have c4 c5 c6 ect neck problems nerve damage, they told me operations are not gone to help , I even had a nerve stimulator installed to shock brain nothing work, nor dose these pills im on , lets not fool are selfs, the number one thing on my mind is where is the next pill comeing from I dont see my dr.
Please help. my 19 yr old daughter back in Oct...had strange irregular "purple" rash, swelling, headache, pain in face, couldn't move that side. Went to college clinic, sent to ER, ER felt it was cellulitis and prescribed 2 antibiotics. Condition resolved in about 2 weeks. Last Friday, she started having similar symptoms again. Rash this time was not purple, more regular redness. but otherwise symptoms the same.
BACKGROUND - I recently consulted a "functional medicine" MD. She's an MD, with all the conventional training, but she has broken ranks with modern American factory chemical medicine.
Functional medicine - I won't try and describe it, other than she was already aware of many of the things that I was doing such as diet and supplements and LDN therapy etc etc. She's going to have me do a genetics test and a body chemistry test to help optimize function.
I am terrified. I watched a couple of birthing videos and omg....I just wanna cry and I'm only 9 weeks. uuugggghhhhh.
Soo everyone has been telling me not to watch labor videos because it's going to freak me out but I just watched one and honestly it made me cry it was so beautiful I'm 38weeks+3days and I'm just waiting for my baby girl to get here so I can experience something so amazing
I am 17 and pregnant (please dont judge me) but in my school they are making me got to a class by myself in a office room to sit there and watch videos of.girls giving birth.....ik its not gonna be easy and its gonna hurt BUT i was planning to just go with it when time came since i dont want to be super scared and belive my labor will be like everyone elses (just because everyone is different) ....now i am watching these videos i am seriously getting freaked out...its not like these.
but today at my birthing class they were showing us a bunch of videos of real women giving birth and now im even more scared! instead of helping me and making me feel better about giving birth like it literally has scared the **** out of me. My pregnancy was planned so of course i knew what i was getting into. well i thought i knew what i was getting into lol.
Does anyone else watch any labor and delivery videos and get freaked out....
