Hi I was diagnosed with a brain cyst by my GP, she said that I probably had it since birth. She didn't really do much explaining except that it wasn't anything serious and wasn't the cause of my daily headaches. She had an MRI done on me which came out fine. I was just wondering, I have been getting my headaches back again quite often, and I was wondering if these cysts can grow?
My brother in-law went for a brain tumour operation overseas. when he returned after the operation, he lost his sight(blindness). How can he recover from this blindness? Will he have to go through some operation again? please help so that I can take him through as per instructed. He is a father of 4 children and the family is in great need!

do the mri test with csf flow before deciding to have a shunt or operation just to be sure that you really need an operation. i will take my mri again by november to check if i need an operation because they said i have communicating hydrocephalus but they think its compensated or already there since birth. also have headaches and sometimes i cannot sleep with the severe headaches and dizziness as well.
