Not even a HB.. WTH! I'm 37 weeks I should at least feel something. ..

Will i manage some of the routines being overweight?

Avatar f tn I feel you on this one.....I am a personal trainer and use to lift weights and go crazy on the gym but the doctors said I had a high chance of loosing the baby so that I had to stop.....I feel like a cow even tho everyone thinks I'm crazy because I have a very well proportionate body, but since I use to go hard at the gym and can't do half of the things I use to we'll makes me feel like a cow.......

Back when I was 14-17 I would join my father in the gym, but his trainer gave me different things to do to just be fit and toned. I do have some equipment at my house and my husband works crazy hours so we can't just go to a gym. Plus, I would like to look semi-decent to be able to even show up at a gym. Avatar f tn Yoga or Pilates or a walk . Don't over do it and if you get tired you need to stop.. pregnancy isn't the time to try and get in shape. If your body isn't used to exercise and you start now it could stress out your body and you could miscarry so no running or jogging don't bother doing muscle stuff like sit ups or push ups . Just go for yoga ...

Avatar f tn I really recommend pregnancy yoga in your 2nd and 3rd trimester, before that aqua aerobics, swimming, normal yoga and Pilates, gym workout, light jog, stationary bike and cross trainer, anything really as long as you are feeling well and comfortable doing it.

I've been to the doctor many times and was checked by EKG and they said my heart is fine i just have heart murmur. Well the pain comes and goes. Also, when I'm busy or having fun i don't experience the pain. Last week i went to the doctor again and he said i should stop the stress and stop thinking about the pain.
