Blood type o positive diet plan

Common Questions and Answers about Blood type o positive diet plan

Avatar f tn My blood type is also O+. I found out my blood type after I enlisted in the military plus I found my blood type on my birth certificate. I do suffer from depression and I do have anger issues but I am managing both with therapy. I know when I don't eat, I do get very cranky. I've never had a manic episode but there are times when I was darn near close. I had to remove myself from particular situations or else it may have landed me in jail. Simply because I skipped lunch.
Avatar n tn Hi everyone. I started the HCG shots today (late afternoon) The doc put me on the "Soup Diet" Can someone please share with me their prescribed diet plan? Im not crazy about the soup diet and I wanted to know if there is a different prescribed 500 cal diet out there, Thanks all.
Avatar n tn I had to have a physical from my own doctor who had to sign some paper work from GHI and I had to have a blood test as specified from GHI Medical. I followed the 500 calorie diet religiously. I had plenty of energy to exercise which I did 5 - 6 aerobic work outs and 3 weight training work outs. I am a personal trainer and I was having an extremely frustrating time loosing weight after the birth of my 3rd child. Yes, I washed my hair and conditioned it.
Avatar f tn in fact, i will soon not even be taking thyroid meds and managing the disease by diet. Get a T3 blood test. Get tested for gluten intolerence. Do some research on Hashimoto and you will find this is nothing like any other type of thyroid disease. it is more of an auto immune disease. Hope this helps. Believe it or not Hashimoto is the most misdiagnosed thyroid disease and MOST medical doctors (even your endocrenoligist may not know how to properly deal with this disease.
Avatar n tn Hi! Is anyone starting the HCG diet on Black Friday? I will be doing it 4 weeks thanksgiving to christmas? Do you want to start a support group?
Avatar n tn A question to those of you who took it and it didn't work, did you stick to the diet and exercise program 100%, that is what I plan to do, if so, then I cannot understand why it wouldn't work. I already know that I will have success as I am so comitted to this system 100%, nutritional diet and excersice I know will play a crucial role in my success or others, if you don't do it to the T, then I don't believe the results will show.
Avatar f tn I am a vegetarian on the diet for 10 days(injections) and 7 days 500 cals. So far have lost 8 lbs. I am a 41 y/o mom of two and have tried unsucessfully to lose wt for 2 + yrs. I am a vegetarian and am looking for options ...otherwise might need to learn to eat fish. Glad to know that there is a support group out there..
9662954 tn?1405609759 It helps to start the three months on a positive note. However, I know we need to work on stress, health and diet to hopefully stay in remission. I was told to not give up even if I bounce back as there are new combinations of the drugs we just finished available right when I think we both are at the "magic" 3-month marker. To be honest, I do not even think I want another viral load test until then. Only if I feel really worse. I was kind of freaked about just waiting two weeks.

Avatar f tn my dr has been very caring but the more i am finding out from the internet,(not little chatrooms) but actual organizations i am finding out there's more hope than i thought for my type, which is type 1.there's a 3rd drug thats mixed w/ the present 2 that makes treatment 70-80%curable w/ markers left in yr blood.and yes,i did look this up so its not just 1 person on website saying ,but its the truth.before i found this out i was ready to just lay down and not get back up.
Avatar n tn I went to another gastric for second opinion this is now at the end of 2nd month. He did blood test for Hpylori and tested positive but said this is not 100% so they did a urea breathe test while I had develop an oral thrush/yeast infection trying to swallow sugar (home remedy) a pulmonary Dr. told me to try. My primary Dr. prescribe Diflucan for 10 days to take care of this when I took the Urea Breathe test so I am in doubt because of the endoscopy and I didn't do a stool test.
Avatar m tn After some blood work, my primary at the time found my ALT and AST's to be almost 4 times what they should be. Naturally, she told me to cut back on the alcohol, and loose a bit of weight as it is likely NAFLD, something almost 30% of americans have and understandable that me, just finishing 5 years of college might not be the healthiest at the current time. With that, I took the advise, cut back on drinking and managed to lose a bit of wight.

Avatar n tn On one occasion I asked Dr. DeAdamo (Eat right for your blood type) and was told to take bioflavonoids for it. I am beginning to take the supplement now, since the vessel popping has become too annoying to ignore.
Avatar n tn My LMP was around November 10, 2005. Ever since then I've been having headaches, backaches, stomach cramps, nausea & vomiting, sweats, nipple discharge, and CM. I went to the doctor and my nipple discharge was in fact milk. I've taken several HPT and they all have come back negative. I have had 2 blood tests which both beta hCG came back as <2 mIU/mL. My prolactin level went from 5.9 to 8.7 ng/mL in a week. I have heard that some womens hCG cant be detected for a couple months.
Avatar n tn I am not a doctor nor do i have this disease but, I can say that I know what the effects are and I know that a positive enviroment and a diet change might really help you. But mostly remember to take care of your self. It must be difficult and scary to think that you are getting sick with small children to take care of. I truely hope that you all have supportive family and friends, remember you are not alone and take care of yourself mind and body...
Avatar n tn It worked good for me. As far as diet I started with the Swank diet but think the Paleo Diet has shown more success in threating neurological diseases. As far as the dental thing I had 10 root canals and an assortment of fillings. My gums were bleeding and that was clearly a problem in my case. Everyone must decide this issue for theirself because this is a major decision. I have some information concerning this issue that I will post.
Avatar n tn Well, I decided that I would lose weight and get ready for number two. I first went on an Atkins diet and included alot of nuts and seeds in that diet and lost twenty pounds, I then followed up that program with a juice diet. For two weeks, did nothing but home squeezed juice. And no not just orange, It was ALOT OF GREEN. Spinach, kale, broccoli, herbs, oranges, kiwi, mango, lemon, tomato, etc. Tons of vegetables with about 30% fruit. Tons of Folic acid! Bam!
Avatar m tn Hey Ponco, couldn't get your message, I started you a new thread. Ponco's blood pressure is still dropping, as he reduces his methadone dose. What bp #'s would warrant going to the ER? It's my understanding that methadone should not be used on people with bp problems. Could bp meds interact with the methadone negatively? I wonder if a second doctors opinion might be in order. 3 bp meds and methadone? I never checked my bp, but it felt low. Exercise, like walking made me feel better.

Avatar n tn For the past several years I have noticed that after eating food (which ranges from just a cup of milk to a full meal) that my heart rate and blood pressure increases significantly about 30 minutes after eating, and it lasts for about one and 1/2 hours to two hours. This occurs about 50% of the time after eating. My heart rate goes from ~75 bpm up to 140 bmp (max todate), and the blood pressure goes from 130/80 up to 180/102 (max to date).
Avatar m tn it's nice to hear someone mention diet in this thread. i have a lot of the same symptoms and have had all the usual tests (ekg, blood work, chest x-ray, hormone panel - I'm 49) and everything came back NORMAL, whatever that is. Anyone reading this should google MSG. It's a ubiquitious food additive that has been proven to affect people in a BAD way neurologically. I have given up on doctors--they are so out of touch and I feel are just in the game to push the drug remedies.
1423357 tn?1511089042 Proper nutrition means to accentuate the positive when it comes to food. I dislike the word diet. “Diet” implies a rigorous, self-sacrificial discipline that’s doomed to fail. Instead, focus on achieving food goals of what you should eat each day rather than what you shouldn’t eat.
