at the start of this year i weighed in at close to 246 (btw im a 28 y/o
male) I was going on vacation to florida so i aspired to lose 16 pounds, which, in 3 months, i did! i weighed in at 230 when i left, but now i am back at 243ish. I think that vacation was a little rough.
Now, heres the problem, i am getting married next July and i want to get back to my highschool weight of 185. I bought a new montain bike and have been riding it 3-4 days a week, but im not losing any weight!
