I reacted to everything I eat or have eaten on a regular basis!
, chicken, eggs, dairy, wheat, gluten, rice, corn, oats, brewer's yeast, soy, and sugar. So pretty much all animal products and grains. We haven't even gotten to fruits, veggies, nuts, or legumes yet. That's next week.
Keep in mind that I stopped eating wheat, gluten, dairy, corn and sugar over 5 months ago. And I still reacted!
