Good Morning, I have a question about high blood sugar levels that don't seem to stabilize. My boyfriend has been struggling for years with high blood sugar. He told me this morning that his level was at 480+!!!! He says he doesn't feel any different whether it's high or low. The lowest it's been (to my knowledge) is still in the high range of 200+.

I am still having anxiety related symptoms though not that seviour like before . I wonder how can i bring the glucose levels withing normal range .

Now i was able to test myself twice using strips, one after meal and one after waking up, both times it was exactly 5.8. After looking from internet things are little absurd cause WHO says i' am ok, but ADA says i am sick. Those things really do mess with my head, WHO i believe?
