production. That leads to more acid in
the stomach... back aches, neck pain, joint pain, racing heart.. its all the bigger picture. You need to try the BRAT diet. Bread, rice, apples, tea.... It is supposed to keep the acid down. NO CHOCOLATE!!! When you have digestive issues, chocolate is the devil. Same with fatty or spicey foods.
