Everytime i drink alcohol i see blood clot in my blood too, so I stopped drinking alcohol completely. To test if it was tanbaco that really irritated my bladder, i used some tanbaco after 3 weeks and the night after that there it was again I saw the blood again in my urine. After that It's been around 3 weeks that i avoided anything that could irritate my bladder. yesterday i did another urine analysis and there was still microscopic blood in my urine.
about this finding in your urine, tell them to test your blood. If you were consuming alcohol, there would be evidence in your blood. I wouldn't let a doctor give me any grief over the urine findings AND being pregnant without telling him/her to test my blood. With them being medical professional', you would think they would already know about yeast infections and urine proteins levels and baterium..

It is very surprising that you are having hematuria after drinking alcohol. Hematuria or blood in the urine can be caused by bleeding from anywhere along the urinary tract. The most common cause is an infection because of the inflammation in the urinary tract. Urinary stones can cause abrasion and irritation resulting in hematuria. Other possible cause is a kidney condition called glomerulonephritis. I would suggest that you consult your Doctor so further investigation can be done.
t really know anyhow) I can tell you that most blood/urine tests in this country (USA) also test for adultering agents, that is anything you try to do to mask any drug or alcohol in your system. Testing positive for that is as good as testing positive for whatever it is you're trying to cover up at least as far as most companies/courts are concerned in the USA.

The other thing I can think of is that the urine sample may be contaminated.
It needs to be a mid stream sample that is caught in a sterile container and placed into the sterile urine sample bottle. The sample should be sent off for analysis to the laboratory as soon a possible on the same day it was done. The urine dip stick tests are pretty good, but the laboratory analysis on a urine sample is more accurate.
Now I am convinced Klonopin, has done permanent damage to my body system. Every blood/urine test the past 2 years returns normal. All my trouble began after I stopped taking Klonopin.

After several ct scans, two cystoscopies, and endless blood test the reason of the gross hematuria is still unknown. could a full 12 ounce glass of wine (10% alcohol) the night before the test cause false negatives. That is, could the alcohol reduce the antibody count? As I had not expected a blood test I didn't consciously decide not to have a drink and I just don't recall whether I did or not.

Unfortunately people often read pregnancy tests wrong. So a blood or urine test by your doctor would probably be the best way to go. Or get a different pregnancy test that is easier to read.
That being said, no matter how faint a line (unless its to the point of being an imaginary line) it tends to mean a person is pregnant. Testing your urine first thing in the morning may produce a darker line.

Other than prescribed blood pressure meds I Do not take any opioids (awful side effects) or drink alcohol. In other to prescribe next refill Now my Doctor insists & requires a urine test, he says it's required by Fla Law. Cannot find such law. Is this true?
