The doctors say that I cant have any physical activity for at least three months. I understand that this is very important so my heart can take time to recover to the normal condition.

Due pvcs increase sudden death. I have incredible dread of heart issue. But all tests r normal. Also i notice them come after days of anxiety when adrenalin has been flowing.
