But its reached a concern point. Ive never seen this in our barn cats before. I wormed the one that stays in my home alot a month ago or so with the customary dosages. whats causeing this? I cant afford a vet but can order and administer anything.

I'm curious. My 12 yrs old male cat with Renal disease recently has a very bloating/swelling tummy! I discovered tonight after he has eaten a quarter of the roast chicken (breast) and 2 x 85g tin cat food. His tummy is huge. When he walks, looks like the tummy is swinging left and right.... I wasn't sure, is he tummy swelling due to the kidney disease decline (organs swelling) or eat too much? Or he didn't go to toilet? I'm worrying.

Hi I have a 4 year old female turkish cat and she is indor and it has been 3 days that she is meowing so much when we live her alone in the house and today even when we live the room she is meowing so loud and she doesn't stop we have to sit beside her so she stops meowing ( it's like she is crying ) I don't know what is wrong with her I don't know if she has pain anywhere but when I pet her she stops screeming please tell me what might be wrong???

All my cats are indoor cats. Indoor cats live longer and stay healthier. I do leave them out in the back yard on weekends for about an hour, supervised of course.

When we got Harley he was with a group of cats that were living in the woods. I was able to capture him and two others. All three of them had such bad teeth problems that after a time they had all their teeth pulled except for one cat, they left him four. The vet was unable to determine how old they were because of the poor teeth. I would think it would take maybe four years to have them get so bad, guessing, so that would make Harley 12 now.

Opus88 I tried everything for Toonces, yes pumpkin included....fiber in cats with megacolon is tricky, it can sometimes absorb the water thus leading to even more constipation. Wet food over dry food is better but then you have to try and brush their teeth or give a few greenies (if you can afford it) to help with the teeth.

That's what I love about cats. Akira is definitely a lap cat and a cuddle buddy.
