Hi, hows the stool? it could be indigestion. It can also be due to viral infections or due to food intolerance like lactose. It could also be due to food staying for longer time in the stomach like gastroparesis or due to an infection with giardiasis. Try to eat earlier, give a gap of two hours before lying down and eating and exercise well. If symptoms still persist then consult your doctor. Regards.

After having meal at night, once i go to bed swear bloating starts which could'nt let me sleep for hours. I give a gap of around 3 Hrs between taking dinner and going to bed. More over once I get up from bed and sit the bloatin is over and as soon i again go to bed that phenomenon is resumed. Could any body help me gettin rid of this problem. Literally every night I feel myself getting sleepy. However I can not go to sleep without a cup of ice. So I get up make me some ice then go to bed. Lol I know I have low iron.

Every night before I go to bed I drink either a tall glass of milk or juice to help me sleep. It also gets my baby boy moving and I get to feel him one last time before I sleep. I know once he gets stronger he'll be keeping me up all night but I'm enjoying his little kicks right now :) Is there something you ladies do every night for comfort ?

Diagnosed with Biliary dyskenisia with a gall bladder rate of 1%. Dr. says GB should come out but I'm not sure if it can't be treated or cured with alternative treatment OR if it may be caused by something else like Hypothyroidism. My symptoms are gas, bloating, belching that occur mostly at night. I can eat and feel fine majority of days but 5pm hits and I'm doomed all night.

I went back to see my doctor about my hot flushing and hot ear/ears "sometimes both" I get between 6pm and 10PM every night. I even kept a journal with detailed info in it about the time what I ate and my actually body temp. While I do not get a fever my body temp will actually rise. At the most it was 98.9-99.0 but has not reached a fever level. Most of the time my body temp is lower than normal.

I have had an abdominal problem for a while now and I have been to the doctor a few times and had several tests done and they still are not sure what is wrong. Lately every night I have been getting really REALLY bloated to where my entire abdomin is rock solid and I can't stand up without it pulling and it is really painful. ve had chest pain, difficulty breathing, incredible stomach bloating/distention (even after just drinking a glass of water), burping, reflux, and heartburn.
