You should get it examined from a dermatologist. Till then apply warm compresses and some topical antibiotics like Neosporin.

separately, next morning I found quite some blood blisters on my tongue. They are so tiny like needle point. I never felt hurt and don’t even know where they came from or when they came. A possible reason could be that they came from burn during dinner after the sex encounter. But I don’t remember being burned specifically by the food.

After another month, I had 3 blisters on my penile shaft. They formed a ring of 3 blisters which looks very alike of those herpes pics i googled. So immediately i think of herpes. Sex was protected but prior to that there was a lot of rubbing with penis and vagina involved (vagina was wet).
