I have heard anecdotally that the cream format increases bio-availability by a staggering amount and that the oral supplement is essentially a snake oil product. But I have also heard that there is no evidence to suggest the cream works any better. Thoughts?

Hi there, based on my experience ******* oil or cocounut oil on a hot day is the best moisturizer I would recommend. I used it from the very beginning till the today and thank God I don't have any. I did try bio oil and other anti-stretchmark cream trust me ,it doesn't really work. Key point is , keep your tummy moisturIse at all time. Especially when you about to go to bed, it helps.

I had a TT 9/25/08 and have been using just neosporine with Vitamin E oil daily. My scar is still raised and my ENT suggested using something silicone based (such as scar-guard) but it is so expensive I haven't picked any up yet.

Its never too early to start. Though stretch marks are near impossible to prevent, the elasticity of your skin will determine how severe of stretch marks you get. Remember to stay hydrated! Drinking water is the most important thing you can do... i also recommend taking vitamin e supplement during the second trimester to work from the inside out - this could also help prevent ripping during labor.
I have used 2 types of face creams I think have made it worse - both were over the counter daily anti-aging moisturizers - but thats not the only time it seems to get worse. It seems to get worse at night. Ive been applying Anti fungal for about 4 days now.. first 2 days I tried Canesten cream however I thought it looked worse so Ive tried Lamsil spray for the past 3 days, however it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

Tinnitus usually goes on more or less all the time, the sharp pain is probably nothing more than just a nerve ending, and we all have that.
