There is two different brands that say they have the same effect as Latisse but they cost much less than Latisse. They are Lumigan, and Bimatoprost. My question is do they actually have the same effect like Latisse? what is the diffrence??

Have you tried putting a filter in the unit, this will sometime help to trap any impurities, dust mites, pollen, or any other allergen. Having your window open probably makes the a/c air less potent,therefore, you do not notice the problems as much.
i take fish oil supplementation for DHA. the only concern there is impurities like mercury present in the fish oil - there are brands that make DHA capsules that have been purified for this purpose. some brands will even go as far to source their oils from the purest fish and highest standards, so that purification isn't even necessary.

i do know that more water helps with appetite control but does it really help with weight loss? i also know drinking more water helps flush your body of the impurities it stores but does it help to flush the excess water it has stored over years? has anyone noticed a change in weight while drinking more water?

Yeah, try Conchar Nacar. It's a latin mask made from oyter shell. Great stuff. Use it like 2x a week. It will also help impurities on your skin. Make sure that you mix it before applying. It's a weird texture and looks like oatmeal when you put it on. But I have always used for a mask.

I also have very oily skin and about a year ago started using Tea tree facewash. It helps with the impurities. Always use a toner and moisturizer after that. For the marks, i found that rubbing pure olive oil on your face at night works wonders. Use only the Tea tree facewash and then the olive oil. Also, eat lots of fruit and vegetables and drink at least 2 litres of water a day. That really helps.

I ALWAYS have impurities in urine (protein/ etc) but they atttribute that to the slow bladder. I am in at leats STAGE 2-3 Kidney disease (creatine elevated to about 1.40 due to MYOSITITIS from taking LIPITOR)..wonder if the muscle leaking (MYOGLOBINS in blood) could be to blame..but I think thats a SEPERATE issue..the issue is WHY am I losing feeling in groin and sexual issues..they cant find any cancer, tumors, or stones?
